The model is ordered with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by a 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. used as his personal car. The influence of this car can be seen in the cabin. For example the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet has an exhibit that has a part of the 8 Litre crankshaft displaying inside.
Other highlights include a chrome application that runs across the back of the vehicle, with an air vent with a photoetched B shape that incorporates W.O. The signature of the owner, a front grille patterned after the 1930s-appropriate Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome application that wraps around the lower spoilers left and right. The front grille is unique, featuring an aluminum shell instead of the normal body-colored mesh as in the regular Mulsanne and also featuring the Flying B logo as well.
The key box is engraved with Bentley wings and is fitted with an black flock lining. Key pouches can be purchased to match or contrast the key box. The set includes a custom 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and the paperweight that flies with the letter 'B along with an unpublished brochure with never-before-seen images of the original 1930s 8 Litre.

The standard exterior features illuminated treadplates as well as brushed silver clocks and new 22in wheels sporting self-leveling Bentley logos. Customers can also request a bespoke Bentley logo laser-etched onto the rear fixing to pay homage to the 1930 8 Litre W.O. Edition that was the inspiration for the car.
